All orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

🌍 Delivery Area
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.
⚠️ Missed Delivery
If you miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions to rearrange or collect from your local depot. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we'll resolve it.
